We’re a home kitchen, and we treat what you share with us the way we’d want our own family’s details treated.

What this website keeps

Nothing on our side. Your box is remembered only in your own browser, so it’s still there when you come back. When you order, book a class, write to us or ask for birthday reminders, the website writes the message for you and opens WhatsApp — nothing is sent anywhere until you press send there.

What Kajal keeps

The messages you send us on WhatsApp: your name, number, delivery address and what you ordered — so we can bake it, deliver it and help if anything goes wrong.

Birthday reminders

Only if you ask us to. You send each person’s first name, how they’re related to you, the day and month of their birthday (never the year) and, if you like, their favourite flavour. We send you one WhatsApp message a week before each birthday. Reply STOP to any reminder and we stop at once.

Payments

There are no payments on this website. Once Kajal confirms your order on WhatsApp she shares a UPI link, and your own bank or UPI app handles the payment — we never see your card or account details.

Who sees it

Kajal, and the person delivering your cake (your name, number and address, for that delivery only). We never sell, rent or share your details for marketing.

Changing or deleting your details

Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll update or delete your details, including any birthdays, within a few days.
